Presentation

The Moroccan Association of the Presidents of the Councils of Prefectures and Provinces is an Association that was founded within the framework of the provisions of Royal Dahir No. 1.86.376 of November 15, 1958, as amended and supplemented in the field of public freedoms. Its members are the Presidents of the Councils of Prefectures and Provinces of the Kingdom of Morocco.

AMPCPP was created at the initiative of the Presidents on January 28, 2019, with  a vision of creating a body enabling them to contribute effectively to strengthen the process of administrative decentralization and implementation of advanced regionalization in Morocco, while strengthening the associative dynamics of Moroccan Territorial Collectivities.
